Studio Job - New Banana ‘Daisy’

Studio Job was founded in 1998 by Job Smeets in the renaissance spirit, combining traditional and modern techniques to produce once-in-a-lifetime objects. At once highly specific and yet entirely universal, personally expressive and yet experimental, Studio Job has crafted a body of work that draws upon classical, popular and contemporary design and highly visual and sculptural art.

New Banana Lamp ‘Daisy’

BLOW the joint brand between Studio Job and Seletti present ‘Daisy’ the new cable-free LED and hand painted Banana Lamp. Named after the sister in the children’s cartoon the Duck Tales, this pieces follows Huey, Dewey, Louie and Phooey, the collection of gold finished banana lamps. The banana has become the symbol of the most iconic design: the perfect representation of the relationship of Studio Job with a unique brand such as Seletti. The project is based on the idea of making a limited-edition product accessible.
