Studio Job have become the first established European design studio to create an NFT. At the request of Design Miami and OpenaSea Studio Job created an animated version of their yet unreleased Liberty sculpture for their forthcoming show American Job with R&Company Gallery in New York. Displayed at the OpenSea booth in Miami during Art Basel the NFT shows the artist Job Smeets work as a commentary on the ‘weathering of the storm’ the USA has been enduring, reflecting on his experiences during a 2019 extensive road trip through America which inspired his upcoming show.
