Studio Job - Piece for Peace

Studio Job was founded in 1998 by Job Smeets in the renaissance spirit, combining traditional and modern techniques to produce once-in-a-lifetime objects. At once highly specific and yet entirely universal, personally expressive and yet experimental, Studio Job has crafted a body of work that draws upon classical, popular and contemporary design and highly visual and sculptural art.

The design is entirely in keeping with the distinctive style of Studio Job. The pure crystal produced by Val Saint Lambert (1826, Seraing) has a reputation as one of the most luminous in the world. Each product is unique, handblown, hand ground and finished by hand. As purveyor to the Belgian Royal family and producer of unique and prestigious artefacts, the company is famous for its “double colored and cut crystal”.
